Q. Are all your products fresh and genuine?

A. Definitely, 100%. We never sell anything on our website other than genuine brand items direct from the manufacturer.

Our products are sourced from the official UK distributors. Unlike some UK suppliers that sacrifice product quality for additional profit, we do not source products from the grey market (buying the same product cheaper overseas and selling it in UK) as we cannot guarantee how old it is, nor how it has been stored. Also ingredients, packaging and instructions can differ between products sourced from different countries. Why would we risk losing our reseller status and risk you being a dissatisfied customer?

Freshness is also 100% guaranteed as all products are sealed in original packaging and we regularly receive deliveries direct from the manufacturers - our high stock turnover gives you assurance that our products haven't been sitting around in a grotty old warehouse for years collecting dust.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?

A. No, but everything procurable is listed on our website with photos and general descriptions. Our website is updated in real-time ensuring everything listed is procurable for immediate shipment.

Q. Do you provide samples?

A. Yes. We want you to try new products before you buy them. You may choose up to 4 free samples for every product that you buy costing over £8. If you do not select any samples our qualified skincare therapists will send you samples that they feel you may benefit your skin. We also provide samples specifically tailored to your skin following a consultation. It is possible to place "sample-only" orders by simply adding samples rather than products to the basket then proceeding to the checkout - you may order up to 4 free samples in this way.
