Elite beauty are committed to bringing you simply the quickest delivery and best service of all the online skincare providers in the UK. Most orders are despatched within 5 working days. Sometimes however, this is not possible and on such rare occasions we will notify you about the delay so that you have the opportunity to cancel, if you wish.
| First class | All our orders are sent by Royal mail first class recorded delivery. This ensures you receive your products as quickly as possible. You are issued with a tracking reference so you can track your order. |
| Free Delivery | Delivery is free of charge for all UK orders, except sample-only orders where we charge a delivery and consultation fee of £2.50. |
Delivery to BFPO (HM forces overseas), Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Chanel Islands and the Isle of Wight is the same as that for the UK - see table above. However, the delivery times may take slightly longer.
*Please note that the delivery rates and service levels apply to UK orders. Delivery outside UK will be ONLY by prior special agreement with Customer Services.
The most cost efficient shipping method will be used when sending your purchase (sometimes we may split your order into two parcels).
Please note - should an order be returned to us because you did not collect it in time after an attempted delivery or the address you entered was incorrect we reserve the right to pass on any costs incurred.
