How to Order

General

Users should have Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, Netscape 4.5 or above, in order to access our online store.

 
To Order

Shop throughout our store and add the items you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping basket, as well as eradicate it completely. If you change the quantity of any items don't forget to click recalculate to calculate the new total.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiry date. For Switch card payments you will also be asked to enter the start date. Please include your daytime and night-time phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order. We always despatch by first class post, any mail charges will be listed before your final checkout. You will then receive an E-mail from WorldPay with a transaction reference in case you have any queries along with an E-mail from us confirming the order details.

If any item is out of stock you will be notified and may choose to cancel all or part of your order.

When we despatch your order we will E-mail you an order tracking number that you can use to check progress of your delivery - simply click on the order tracking link on our website.

 
Credit Card Payment

We accept MasterCard, Visa debit, Visa credit, Switch/Maestro, JCB, Solo and Visa Electron cards.

We operate the S.S.L. (Secure Socket Layer) security system for all online transactions.

Our payment gateway is operated by WorldPay, one of the leading e-commerce payment gateway providers with full 24/7 support. This is one of the most secure methods available for online transactions.

The increasing security and total acceptance of credit card payment for web transactions leads us to recommend this as the simple efficient system of payment. Our preference is for all orders to be paid by credit as this offers you insurance for peace of mind and means we can ship your order the same day. If you don't have a credit or debit card, or are still one of the few people that are not happy buying online, you can send us a cheque, pay by cash at the salon, or we can accept your credit card details over the phone or by mail order. If you pay by cheque we will of course have to wait for the funds to clear before we can despatch your order.

If you tick the remember address details box then the next time you wish to place an order the system will fill in your details for you to save you having to enter them; however you can modify these, if required. This feature will only work if you have cookies enabled in your browser.
