prior to the product being opened. You must notify us within 7 working days from
receipt. We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened,
used, or is not in it's original condition.

If there is any defect in the product on
receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.

- You are responsible for the products until we receive them. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of posting receipt so that you can claim the cost back from the Royal Mail if they go missing in the post.

receipt of your returned goods your credit/debit card will be refunded the value
of your returned products.

we will notify you of the completed refund.

can only refund the total cost of goods less postage; regrettably all postage
