"Just wanted to drop a quick line and say you offer a really great service. As a Dermalogica user I have recently shopped around the Internet stores to source my skincare products at a more competitive rate, and Elite Beauty has been the best service out of the ones I've tried.
I was initially wooed by one other site offering free delivery for orders over 30 pounds - but the product turned up with no samples, no note or invoice and I felt a bit cheated. Another charged a delivery fee depending on the product bought - so the more you purchased the more you paid, which again I felt unhappy with.
Charging a flat delivery fee, being able to track delivery if needed and letting customers choose their own samples is brilliant. I've managed to get samples of product I'm actually interested in buying at a later date - so I guess it's a win-win for both customer and company.

It was a toss up between yourselves and Beautyfla$!!.com. The free gift and the pick & choose samples are useful for travelling!. I've used other sites but they didn't allow choosing of samples - always ended up with things I wasn't interested in.

My parcel arrived at 9.30am this morning, an extremely efficient service all round. From the moment of order you kept me informed of every stage - very impressive.
